1. Overview & Multi-Tenant Isolation

Vezzo provides an autonomous, multi-tenant restaurant operating system. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and integrity of your data. Unlike single-database platforms, Vezzo implements schema-level data isolation: each restaurant tenant's customer data, menus, staff records, and financial ledger reside in a dedicated PostgreSQL schema.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Credentials: Full name, email address, password hash (Argon2id/bcrypt), and phone number.
  • Restaurant Operational Data: Table numbers, branch configurations, menus, recipes, inventory costs, and staff shifts.
  • Guest Ordering Information: Order contents, dietary preferences, digital receipt delivery addresses, and table identifiers.
  • Payment Telemetry: Transaction identifiers, tokenized payment IDs (we do not store raw credit card numbers; payment data is processed by PCI-DSS certified gateways like Stripe).

3. How We Use Your Information

We process data strictly to deliver and improve the Vezzo platform:

  • Facilitate real-time kitchen display routing, order dispatch, and bill settlement.
  • Compute real-time recipe costing, inventory depletion, and statutory overtime compliance.
  • Ensure country-level statutory compliance (VAT, GST, FSSAI, FHRS, and FDA regulations).

4. User Rights & Data Deletion (GDPR / CCPA / Apple App Store)

Under applicable data protection laws and mobile app store requirements (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v)), you possess the right to:

  • Access and export your complete personal data profile in machine-readable JSON format.
  • Rectify inaccurate personal information at any time.
  • Request complete and permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data via our Account Deletion Page or inside the mobile app settings.

5. Security & Encryption

All network transmissions are protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Database backups are encrypted and stored in geo-redundant storage with automated integrity verification.
